Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days from the day the merchandise is received. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the condition that it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect with the merchandise. Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any monogrammed or personalized items, and all sales are final.

Shipping
Your order will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order, Monday through Friday. We ship domestically via FedEx. For International orders, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs after you place your order.

Delays
If an item in your order is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you via email.

Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in the state of California will be charged sales tax.

Rush Service
If you need to have your order rush shipped please contact us at sales@iloveblvd.com to confirm the availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.
